www.onkologiecs.cz 47 / Onkologie. 2024;18(1):43-47 / ONKOLOGIE HLAVNÍ TÉMA Chirurgická léčba karcinomu endometria došlo odklonu od otevřené operativy ve prospěch minimálně invazivního přístupu, má stále své výsadní místo v léčbě pokročilých stadií při cytoredukčních, paliativních výkonech a ve specifických klinických scénářích. Nadále se rozvíjí robotická chirurgie včetně single site operací, které pokračují v trendu minimalizace invazivnosti výkonu a potažmo zkracování rekonvalescence. Bez povšimnutí nelze také nechat nový stagingový systém FIGO 2023, které po vzoru konsenzu ESGO/ ESTRO/ESP nově integroval molekulární klasifikaci a uvidíme, jakého se mu dostane přijetí. Do budoucna lze s napětím očekávat výsledky navazujících klinických studií, které pomohou v dalším zlepšování adjuvantní a fertility sparing léčby založené na molekulárních faktorech u karcinomu endometria.
