www.onkologiecs.cz 197 / Onkologie. 2025;19(4):194-197 / ONKOLOGIE HLAVNÍ TÉMA Radioterapie u sarkomů měkkých tkání hlavy a krku je možné optimalizovat indikaci, technické provedení i sekvenování jednotlivých modalit léčby. Navzdory nízké incidenci by HNSTS neměly být opomíjeny – správně nastavená multimodální terapie může výrazně ovlivnit prognózu pacienta. Další výzkum by měl směřovat k lepší definici standardů léčby, včetně RT a jejího začlenění do komplexního léčebného algoritmu. LITERATURA 1. Gatta G, Capocaccia R, Botta L, et al.
