Multidisciplinary approach in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer

Colorectal cancer is the second most common cancer. At the time of diagnosis more than 30 % of patients have distant metastasis. The

most common are liver metastases. Multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of liver metastases leads to longer survival of patients.
