Metastatic involvement of the brain is one of the most common neurological complications of cancer. And its presence is an important
negative prognostic factor. Currently, the treatment of brain metastases is predominantly solved by radiotherapy and to
a lesser extent surgically. Systemic treatment in these patients is successful in little proportion. With the advent of immunotherapy,
there is a new therapeutical approach to brain metastases. We are witnesses that for selected patients with cerebral metastases,
immunotherapy presents opportunities for prolonging life with good quality of life.
