Jak dosáhnout u pacientů s mCRC ve 3. linii maximálního benefitu?

rámci mezioborového onkologického kolokvia PragueONCO 2019 rozebírali odborníci aktuální možnosti terapie metastatického kolorektálního karcinomu (mCRC) po selhání 2 linií léčby a jejich správný výběr u jednotlivých pacientů, který vede k nejlepším výsledkům. Část této mezinárodní diskuze, kterou vedl prof. MUDr. Luboš Petruželka, CSc., byla věnována i praktickým zkušenostem s přípravkem trifluridin/tipiracil (Lonsurf) ve 3. linii léčby mCRC v Evropě i v České republice. Přinášíme vám souhrn přednášek prof. Marca Peeterse, MD z Onkologického oddělení Antverpské fakultní nemocnice v Belgii, Dr. med. Alexandera Steina z Univerzitního lékařského centra Hamburg-Eppendorf v Německu, kterou prezentoval MUDr. Stanislav Batko z FN Motol v Praze, a doc. MUDr. Igora Kisse, Ph.D. z Masarykova onkologického ústavu v Brně.
