Pancreatic carcinoma has a poor prognosis. Typically, it hasn´t any specific symptoms in the early stages. Incidentally found dilation of pancreatic duct could be this sign. When it´s present there active approach and correct evaluation of all results are needed. The case study presents patient in oncological follow-up diagnosed for pancreatic duct dilation without any clinical signs. The initial imaging examination didn´t explain any cause of dilation. After that, the patient was diagnosed and operated for the malignant lesion of the pancreatic head.

Elderly patients account for a substantial proportion of newly diagnosed lung cancer cases. Advanced chronological age is not considered a contraindication to active treatment; however, specific issues of this population have to be taken into account. We report a case of a patient who, despite her older age, has benefited from further evaluation and treatment of metastatic lung cancer with immunotherapy.

Malignant tumors of the mammary gland - most commonly invasive ductal carcinoma (according to the new histological classification invasive carcinoma NST - no special type) and invasive lobular cancer are most frequently seen in the locally advanced breast tumors with ulceration of the skin. This report describes a histologically rare case of locally advanced malignant breast adenomyoepithelioma. A patient with locally advanced exulcerated breast tumor, with benign preoperative histopathological finding of benign adenomyoepithelioma, underwent a radical mastectomy at our department. Treatment with pembrolizumab was initiated in a patient with generalized NSCLC with a PD-L1 expression of 90 %. After four months of treatment, he suddenly developed toxicity (irAEs) - exacerbation of grade 3 ulcerative colitis and other serious complications which required cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The life-threatening condition was managed successfully and the patient continues to receive immunotherapy.
